#Tip 1: Think about what to bring
Depending on your transport, you practically have to pack for a festival. If you travel by car, you can often park it far away from the festival site, so you have to carry a lot and you cannot take much with you. With any other transport it is useful to bring a good bag to take your stuff to the perfect camping spot. Roll cases don’t work well in the sand or grass! #Tip 2: Make a timetable
Rampage Open Air put down a sick line-up every year. Unfortunately, you can’t see all the artists at once! Therefore, check in advance who you really need to see and draw up a guideline for yourself. After all, there are thousands of drum & bass fans present, sometimes you really are on the road.
#Tip 3: Drink enough!
It’s the middle of summer, and the temperatures can get quite high! It is important that you drink enough (but not too much). Drink about 1 bottle of water per hour to prevent dehydration and water poisoning. Also make sure you eat well in advance, you may not feel hungry in the heat, but your body certainly needs some extra energy. Do you feel ill? Go to the first aid at the festival.

#Tip 4: Arrange your return journey
What could be more annoying than having to plan your return trip after a party? Before you party, make sure you know what the plan is for the return trip. When you go home, how do you go home? Rampage Open Air is a weekend festival, so you often have a lot of (camping) stuff with you. Make sure you arrange the return journey well, so that you don’t have to wait for hours with all your stuff in the heat.
#Tip 5: Avoid homesickness
You look forward to Rampage Open Air for months and when it is over you fall into a hole, waiting for months again… But don’t worry, with Rampage you don’t have to be homesick for long. You certainly don’t want to miss this party. Dancing for two days in the Sportpaleis in Antwerp, to the best tunes and the sickest artists; what else do you want?!
