Looking for the finest festival for the best alternative electronic music? Katzensprung is the place to be! The best artists of the scene will play at this intimate festival. Expect nothing less from the festival for this year. The first names for this edition have not been announced yet, but from experience we know that it is going to be great! Lovestad, Seth Schwartz and Mâhfoud have performed at Katzensprung previously, so the expectations for 2024 are high. You have to go there, zo keep an eye on our blog about the Katzensprung lineup.

Katzensprung festival takes place in the summer in Germany, which means that the weather will be great. Enjoy the sun at the open fields at the festival area or cool down in the shade of the many trees. Keep this in mind when you are looking for the perfect spot to pitch your tent at the camping! Katzensprung is located in a green area, where you can enjoy art, music, but also the beautiful nature and freedom. Combined with an atmospehere of ultimate freedom this is what Katzensprung is all about and why Katzensprung is so special.

Katzensprung really values nature. You can see this in the way the stages are built. Large parts of the stages have been made of wood. Besides that, the organisation also asks all visitors to bring their own cutlery to the food stands and camping, to avoid having to use disposable materials. The visitors have also been requested to bring biodegradable soap for the showers. As Katzensprung announces: nature is our home – and we celebrate nature!

There’s more than just music! No lack of entertainment 🙂

Your camping ticket is included in the festival ticket, so make sure you bring your tent and toothbrush! You can also choose to camp with a camper, but you will need an extra ticket for that. The showers at the camping are cold, keeping nature and the environment in mind. This should be no problem mid-summer: time to cool down! You can enjoy coffee and tea at the camping from dawn till dusk, as well as a nice breakfast or other culinary delights. The camping shop also offers cheap beers and snacks: another reason why Katzensprung is the perfect getaway!

• At Katzensprung you feel free and can let go of things: forget about work, school and your mobile phone for a while. You will experience this festival here and now.
• There is a Family Camp where families and children can enjoy the festival. The kids are not allowed to join the dancefloor but there are more than enough activities just for them.
• Several sauna sessions are offered, for which you can register on site. So think of a sauna towel and pack your kimono or bathrobe 🙂
